A standard cleaning isn’t enough when handing over keys. Property managers and landlords in the Magic Valley are strict. Our Move-Out package includes the heavy-duty tasks that most people hate doing (and often miss):
Inside Appliances: We deep clean the inside of your oven and refrigerator, removing burnt-on food and spills.
Cabinetry: We wipe down the inside and outside of all kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers.
Baseboards & Door Frames: We hand-wash baseboards to remove scuff marks and dust buildup.
Window Sills & Tracks: Removing the dead bugs and dirt that accumulate in the tracks.
Deep Scrub: Intense cleaning of showers, tubs, toilets, and sinks to remove limescale and soap scum.
We bring all our own professional supplies and equipment. You leave the empty house to us; we make it shine.
Yes. We cannot clean effectively without running water and electricity for our vacuums and lights. Please ensure you haven't disconnected your utilities yet. If the utilities are off upon arrival, we may have to reschedule and a cancellation fee may apply.
No, you do not need to be there. In fact, most clients prefer to leave us to it so they can focus on their move. You can provide us with a lockbox code or hide-a-key access. We will notify you when we are finished and locking up.
We are a cleaning service, not a junk removal company. Please ensure all trash, furniture, and personal items are removed before we arrive. If there is small trash left in bins, we will take it out, but we cannot haul away large items or bags of debris.
It depends on the size and condition of the home, but expect it to take significantly longer than a regular clean. A Move-Out is a top-to-bottom scrub (baseboards, cabinets, appliances, etc.). For an average-sized home, it can take anywhere from 4 to 8 hours or require a team of two cleaners.
